Baking

With all our birthday celebrations going on baking has become an important part of my life just now. On Saturday my dear mother will be 75. We will have a big party, and I have promised to make her three homemade cream cakes with marzipan icing. And tomorrow afternoon we will celebrate Marta's birthday with family and friends here. I have made sweet rolls, today I made a chocolate cake and Marta and I made a marzipan cream cake - I made the cake, Marta the decorations. She is a real artist. Just look at the photo.
